$20.00 per class
or $75.00 monthly

In order to keep improving our WODs, all proceeds collected will be put towards the development of CFW and the purchase of additional equipment.


CrossFit Fundamentals - $TBA - Required for all new members and first time walk-ins:

The basic course is required for all new members who plan to attend class. In these three private coaching sessions you will receive instructions on proper form and technique on the core CF exercises. Upon completion of the basic course you will be eligible to attend CF classes.


Group Training Option 1 - $TBA - Monthly Full Time Membership:

  • This package entitles the member to unlimited workouts for regularly scheduled group sessions per month.
  • Walk-Ins - $TBA

Group Training Option 2 - $TBA - Part Time Membership:

  • This package entitles the member to 2 workouts per week

Personal Training – $TBA - for a package of 10 Sessions:

Private training focuses on individual guidance and coaching tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
This is the best way to work on specific areas and weaknesses at any experience level.
