CrossFit Fundamentals - $TBA - Required for all new members and first time walk-ins:
The basic course is required for all new members who plan to attend class. In these three private coaching sessions you will receive instructions on proper form and technique on the core CF exercises. Upon completion of the basic course you will be eligible to attend CF classes.
